Valentines Pampering

I love any excuse for a celebration, and Valentines Day is no different.

We are keeping Valentines fairly low key this year, with our upcoming Hen and Stag weekends the following month, and February is also when most of our larger wedding payments are due!

Low key doesn’t mean gift free though – I would not be on board with that!

One way to celebrate a romantic holiday without spending mega bucks is to treat your partner (or yourself) to some feel good products.

Here are some ideas below;

Bath Oil

Who doesn’t love a relaxing bath? Light some candles, play some music and settle into your own little bubble.

Elevate your “me time” with a luxury bath oil that won’t break the bank, such as Olverum oil. Olverum is a unique and highly concentrated bath oil which contains 10 pure essential oils.

Skincare

Taking care of your skin, especially your face, becomes more important with each passing year.

I also think it is important to think carefully about what products and chemicals you use, and try to go natural as often as possible. I recently discovered a great pore reducing serum from Angela Langford;

Spa Night

I love face mask nights. So much so, even Simon gets involved from time to time. Who doesn’t like to relax and take care of yourself?

7th Heaven is probably one of the biggest brands of face masks packs in the UK, and they do pamper boxes which make great gifts. I love that their products make you feel good whilst also being budget friendly.

I am looking forward to a pampering night on Feb 14th – away from the crowds in the overpriced restaurants. What will you be doing?
